Do you know how many legacy applications you have in your healthcare organization and what they might be costing you?

The aim of this survey is to try and establish the number of IT systems that hospitals in the UK, Ireland and North America have to maintain in order to preserve the data that resides in them, as well as to determine the types of data stored in those applications.
